How long does delivery take?

Every order is produced fresh and ships within 5–12 business days from your order confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes β€” we ship worldwide with tracking included. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have a 1-hour window after purchase to cancel or modify your order. Email us immediately at hello@hevauniqueart.com with your order reference number and we will do our best to accommodate the change before production begins. Once production starts, modifications are no longer possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will replace it for free. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order reference. We will arrange a free replacement and reshipment at no cost to you.

What is your return policy?

Each item is produced specifically for your order, so we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right with a free replacement.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a full size guide. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering and comparing to the size chart provided. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a fitted look. Still unsure? Get in touch and we will help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Will the colours look the same as on screen?

We use high-quality inks and production standards designed for accurate, vibrant colour reproduction. Minor variations can occur due to monitor calibration differences β€” this is normal and not considered a defect. If your item looks significantly different from the listing, contact us and we will make it right.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor β€” the highest level of security certification available.
