How long does delivery take?
Every order is made to order with a 5–7 business day production time and 5–7 business days in transit, for a total estimated delivery of 10–14 business days from the order date. Because each item is crafted specifically for you, it takes a little longer than typical retail. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

No, we currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is free on every US order.

You have a 1-hour window after purchase to cancel or modify your order. Email us immediately at hello@hevauniqueartgallery.com with your order reference number and we will do our best to accommodate the change before production begins. Once production starts, modifications are no longer possible.

We will replace it for free. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order reference. We will arrange a free replacement and reshipment at no cost to you.

Each item is produced specifically for your order, so we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for sizing errors or change of mind. However, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will always make it right with a free replacement.

Each product page includes a full size guide. We recommend measuring yourself before ordering and comparing to the size chart provided. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a fitted look. Still unsure? Get in touch and we will help.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay), and buy-now-pay-later options including Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna.
Will the colours look the same as on screen?
We use high-quality inks and production standards designed for accurate, vibrant colour reproduction. Minor variations can occur due to monitor calibration differences. This is normal and not considered a defect. If your item looks significantly different from the listing, contact us and we will make it right.

Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with SSL encryption. We never store your card details on our servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, the highest level of security certification available.
